Who We Are

Welcome to Hiawatha Academies! We are a network of tuition-free public charter schools in Minneapolis serving students from kindergarten to 12th grade. Our schools are located in the heart of Minneapolis in the Northrop and Seward communities.
 
Our Mission: All Hiawatha Academies scholars will be empowered with the knowledge, character, and leadership skills to graduate from college and serve the common good.
 
For over 16 years, Hiawatha has served diverse scholars with diverse needs. We create a K-12 school experience that disrupts educational inequity by ensuring a great school for every child.
